The ARES® District 9 Network of Stations serves the Cumberland River Valley Region of South Central and Southeast Kentucky as well as parts of East Tennessee on at least a part-time basis using the following “Network of Modes, Nodes and Stations“.

- The KM4EOC repeater is listed as KF4REN-R on Echolink®.
- The KE4YVD repeater is listed as KY4OZ-R on Echolink®
- The WA4YZY repeater is listed as WA4ROB-L on Echolink®
- All other EchoLink repeaters are listed by their callsign, followed by a “-L” or “-R”.
In the event repeaters are unavailable, emergency communication operations may take place on 146.550 MHz Simplex and/or on another simplex frequency as an ARES® Emergency Coordinator may direct.
